The hotel was surprisingly quiet and had a prison-like feel to it. I could book a room for the same day I arrived and was offered an in-room espresso machine from Illy, though the instant coffee was a letdown considering the price.

The service offered room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, valet parking, and pet amenities. It was satisfactory overall.

The location was nice, very central, and close to many tourist sites. It was within a couple of old buildings in a central location, which also operated an all-day restaurant.

The dining experience was good with great coffee and real Italian Espressos. The street-facing restaurant off the reception area also served as an all-day restaurant.
